1. Terms and Conditions
A. The responsibility for removing and reinstalling additional car attachments such as child seats, cameras, curtains, and other accessories lies with the customer.
B. Claro is not responsible for the loss or damage of any customer’s personal property that has not been removed in advance, and is not obligated to provide any compensation for it.
C. Claro does not bear damages not resulting from the washing.
D. The washing attendant has the right to take pictures of the car before and after washing.
E. The company may refuse to provide the service or use of the application without giving the customer any reason.
F. We may suspend your access to your account, or permanently close it, if we believe your account has been used by someone else. We may also permanently close your account if, in our opinion, you misuse our services (for example, by requesting refunds or credits to which we do not consider you entitled, making repeated unreasonable complaints, abusing our staff, or any other valid reason) and we will refund any remaining balance in your account that you correctly obtained through our customer service team via your registered credit card or bank transfer using your bank details (provided you have supplied them to us).
2. Complaints Policy
A. We receive complaints and feedback on washing within 3 hours after the completion of the wash.
B. The wash will not be repeated, or the booking rescheduled in case of rain or dust and dirt waves after the washing is completed.
C. Claro disclaims responsibility for the car after the washing is completed and communication with the customer to close it.
D. The washing attendant must communicate with the customer to open the car, and if the customer is delayed by 15 minutes to open the car, the washing attendant has the right to start washing the car from the outside only.
3. Refund Policy
A. The customer is not entitled to request a refund if the washing attendant arrives at the location and the customer’s car is not present.
B. If the washing attendant arrives at an incorrect booking location, the booking will be automatically canceled and the customer is not entitled to request a refund.
C. If the customer uses any part of the package (one wash or more, or additional products), they are not entitled to request a refund for the remaining balance.
D. All packages and promotional offers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
